Our year in 30 photos

Becoming an Aussie citizen with KI mates

What an incredibly varied year we've had.
Chronologically:
Sailing Breakfree from Brisbane via Tassie to KI;  Buying Goshawk and then selling Breakfree (included an inspection driving trip to Darwin);  Jane becoming a fair dinkum Aussie;  Jane getting a two term teaching contract,  A short camping trip to the South Australian desert with Kimberley;  Ants flying back to Majuro to help Nige sail his yacht Opus, back to Brisbane;  A visit to Ireland to paint Janes' house and visit mates;  A boat trip down the Shannon (oh and buying another boat!! Echidna nee Nikkijo );  Off to England for two and half weeks in glorious Devon visiting Janes' family;  Amsterdam via Newcastle to visit Josh who is doing a Uni Semester at Utretcht,  Kimberley joined us from Oz for three weeks;  A short family holiday in Lisbon (A, J, J, and K);  Then off to Madeira for a week;  Finally via Paris and Amsterdam to home.
In between all this Ants managed to prepare a road, shed site with wildlife proof fencing for the replacement "not quite Grand Designs" future residence on the hill on the back paddock. Since then Jane has accepted a years full time teaching at Kingscote but before school starts we will sneak off for a week on the KI north coast aboard Goshawk.
